We have been with Sally and her team for three years, my eldest two children attend Saturday morning lessons and will soon be joined by their younger brother. The atmosphere and lessons at 'The Avenue' are brilliant, the kids love playing while the adults enjoy a get together around a cup of coffee. A very civilised way to start a weekend. I love Sally's passion and enthusiasm both for coaching and to the club which she tirelessly campaigns for. She's does a fantastic job.

Sally has transformed the club since she joined two years ago. Each of my three boys enjoys the lessons and tournaments Sally arranges.

She is extremely efficient and well organised. Sometimes she can be firm with the kids (not a bad thing) but she is also very kind and patient.

Sally works with a great team of carefully chosen coaches who are equally dedicated and keen. My boys have been taught by a number of them and I haven't had any complaints!.

Over the past 2.5 yrs Split Second Coaching has provided invaluable coaching for both of my boys who are both totally inspired in tennis.

Sally builds a strong coach/home relationship that provides the framework for a total coaching programme. With my kids she was patient to build their confidence through mastering technique with a strong focus on having fun to help them progress to competition at an early age but at a time that was right for them.

They are both so good now that I have to take lessons (also by SSC) to keep up with them !!

At last I have found my daughters a tennis club that develops and builds on their tennis skills. Sally understands how to get the best performance out of young players while making sure that they have fun on court.

By following the LTA colour scheme for minis, they are always at the right level and learning really valuable technique. Their skills are flourishing and they are really enjoying themselves and it is only since starting with Sally has my eldest really wanted to participate in tournaments!

You need the patience of a Saint when teaching tennis and Sally has this without doubt!

An array of fun games are played teaching the children numerous skills and techniques, all essential not only for tennis but any sports.

After warm up and skill based games the children are taught to play actual tennis strokes, and as a parent watching the lesson it is so rewarding to see their child’s development and progress and above all amazing that children of such a young age can be taught, begin to play and understand the wonderful game of tennis.
