Split Second Coaching

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds will not be given if a session is missed due to your decision not to attend, including parties, travel, holidays, illness and religious festivals. Also please do not ask if your child can do a 'make up' session due to a missed lesson. This cannot be done as I keep all sessions within the LTA player/coach ratio guidelines. You would not be happy if two extra people kept turning up for one of your child's lessons thus upping the ratio.

To Book Term Times Courses:

To book click on the relevant button above and then either complete and submit the online form or download and print the PDF Booking Form and post it together with your cheque to the address on the form.

Guest Fees:

If you are not a member of The Avenue Lawn Tennis Club there is a quest fee for all lessons held at The Avenue.

Payment By Cheque

Cheques for Coaching should be made payable to: ‘Split Second Coaching’

Guest fees for The Avenue Tennis Club must be paid separately and cheques should be made payable to: ‘The Avenue Lawn Tennis Club’

Payment By Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card

You will receive an email from Sally containing an invoice and a link to her Pay Pal account so that payment can be made online by Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cancellation policy:

Courses cancelled before the course starts will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee

Courses cancelled during a course will receive no refund

Individual Lessons:

These can be arranged at a time to suit you for one or more players, junior or adult

Wet weather:

Please note that if a lesson has to be cancelled due to inclement weather there will be a notice on this website, go to the home page and click on the 'Weather Status' button.

If there is no notice the lesson is on. However if a lesson is cancelled there will be a credit towards the next term or a lesson added on to the end of the term - there are NO refunds available.

Holiday Camps.

There will be tennis camps run in the Easter Holidays, Spring Half Term Holidays and the summer Holidays, full details will be posted on this website.

Adult Tennis.

There is an adult group 9.30 to 10.30 Friday morning at The Avenue, just turn up and join in, £5 for members, £8 for non members.
